Shipping Information

Please make sure your email address and ALL billing/shipping information are correct.

ALL orders are usually processed and shipped out within 24hours. (Hence our dilemma with canceling orders)

We ship out Monday - Friday only. Orders received over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

USA
- We offer FLAT RATE shipping on orders starting at $3.75! Delivery takes about 5-7 business days, or LESS!

- USPS Priority Shipping starts at $6.95. Delivery takes about 2-3 days.

International
- We offer FLAT RATE SHIPPING on most international orders, starting at $4.95!

- All other orders are calculated automatically by weight using our Shipping Calculator on our website during checkout.

- Shipping Times Vary: Canada 5-7 days, Europe 8-10 days, Asia/Oceania 10-12 days.
   Times listed are from the day you receive our shipping notice.

 

Returns

Do you accept returns?
-Having a generous return policy prevents us from growing and detracts us from bringing new and exciting products to the community. We do however provide exchanges for any product found to be defective upon receipt. If you need to return a defective item, please feel free to let us know about it. CANCELLED ORDERS

What happens if I decide to cancel an order?
-Since the majority of our orders are shipped out within 24hrs, it really makes things difficult for canceling orders.  We try to accommodate you the customer as best as we can, but in certain cases where you need to cancel an order, Rotary13B1.com reserves the right to assess a 5% cancellation fee for orders that are cancelled or returned to sender. Please email us at Sales@Rotary13B1.com if you have a problem with your order, or need to change the order.
